By Conscious Eater on February 6, 2013 This parka answers all my requirements for a winter jacket (especially given the extreme winter we are experiencing here in the Northeast); tough materials that stand up to wear and tear, available in dark colors that won't show dirt, warmth that is effective even in 20 degree weather, luxurious REAL fur trim for warmth around the face, interior "straps" that allow you to carry the coat on your back like a backpack when it's gets too warm to wear indoors but you don't want to risk having it stolen and a stylish shape enhanced by adjustable waist tabs that can be cinched to create a feminine silhouette Snow and wind are kept at bay thanks to the jacket's drawcord waist and recessed, heavy-duty, flexible rib-knit cuffs
